scrubs corrosion, cleanses & paints the industrial pipes internally ranging from 8-12 inch diameter using robotics and fluid mechanics.

Cleaning Industrial pipelines from inside is very difficult task and expensive. Often, most of the industrial pipes are replaced which increase the overall expenditure of the company. The project focuses on building a light weights, cost effective robotic machine which travels through entire length of the pipe and removes corrosion and dust from end to front. Machine consists of water driven nozzle which rotates inside the pipe due to high pressure water without use of any gear motor.
